Scheduling Appointments

We strive to help make our schedule run efficiently and minimize wait times. We value your time and do our best to remain on schedule throughout the day. We strongly advise all new patients or parents with specific concerns to come 10 minutes early to get the most out of their appointment. We do ask that you please remember that we treat each child as an individual, and some may require more patience and “TLC” than others. An occasional emergency may sometimes cause delays in our scheduling. We appreciate your patience, understanding that your child may be the next one needing our extra attention.

In a practice focused on the care of children, we understand school and parental work obligations. However, we prefer to schedule children in preschool and primary grades earlier in the day when they are rested, alert and more receptive to treatment. Therefore, your child may need to miss some school time for their dental appointment. We understand that this may be inconvenient at times, but we always consider the child first. Dental appointments are excused absences from school and we are happy to provide a school excuse form for your child.

Late Policy

We thank you in advance for arriving promptly for your child’s dental visit. We set aside time for your child according to their dental needs and level of cooperation. We understand that things happen. However, each appointment is allotted a specific amount of required time, and your appointment may be rescheduled or charged if you arrive well into your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
